Limoncello Tiramisu

Tiramisu is a basic Italian dessert cherished by many. This variation with Limoncello provides a refreshing citrus twist to the normal Tiramisu. Here is tips on how to put together it:


  • 250g Mascarpone cheese
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250ml sturdy brewed espresso, cooled
  • 3 tbsp Limoncello liqueur
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • Lemon zest, for garnish
  • Contemporary berries (e.g., strawberries or raspberries), for garnish (non-compulsory)


1. Combine egg yolks and sugar:

2. Add Mascarpone:

4. Fold within the cream:
