Homemade Chocolate Cake

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Butter and flour 2 (8 inch) spherical cake pans and put aside.

In a medium bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Within the bowl of your mixer, beat butter and sugar, on medium velocity for 2 minutes, till gentle and fluffy, add eggs one after the other, beating and scraping the perimeters of the bowl after every, add milk, black espresso and oil and blend till easy.

Slowly add dry substances to the moist substances with the mixer on low
Spoon batter evenly into ready pans and bake 10-Quarter-hour, or till a toothpick inserted within the heart comes out clear.

For Frosting:

In a medium bowl, mix butter powdered sugar, vanilla and beat till gentle and fluffy
Add heavy whipping cream and beat about 5 minutes

Add the melted chocolate chips and beat on medium velocity till easy.
Place 1 layer in your cake stand, evenly cowl the highest with frosting

Prime with 2nd layer and prime with frosting and unfold the frosting across the sides evenly.
Enhance as you would like.
